Return and Refund Policy

Returns

We want you to be happy with your order. If you are not satisfied, you have 10 days from the date of delivery to return your item. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn, unwashed, and with original tags attached.

Refunds

Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please email us at Longevity57@yahoo.com

Return Shipping

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
